The highlight to this weekend was an early birthday dinner at the Melting Pot! 🙂 Just what I needed… I love that place! My ‘real’ birthday isn’t until August 10th. 🙂 The Love martini is my favorite drink there.

We are doing a little birthday celebration for ME (sans kids!), so I am very excited about a very tasty dinner with drinks! We are also going out to eat for lunch to celebrate my birthday and my brother with my parents earlier that day. Should be fun!

Summer Living Room
Shelbi from Everyday Mrs. shares her summer living room and how she gave a plain Ikea table a little coat of gold spray paint to add some pizzazz. My favorite part of her table is the little terrarium filled with air plants! How neat is that? I also really like the striped blanket and pillows on her couch. Such a beautiful summer room!
