Now I’ll share how you can make Hearty and Creamy White Chicken Lasagna Soup, it’s so easy!
This delicious soup is packed full of flavor in each delicious bite and has a delicious broth base that you’ll taste in the lasagna noodles and chicken after it is simmered in the delicious broth made using the Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base.
1 Cup Cashews
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
6 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1/2 White Onion, Chopped
Juice of 1 Lemon
6 Cups of Broth (Use the Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base)
2 Teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 Cup Parmesean Cheese
2 Teaspoons Agave Syrup
8 Lasagna Sheets
Salt and Pepper (As Needed)
- Soak cashews overnight for 6-8 hours.
- First, we will make the cream base for the soup: Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender with 1 cup of the broth and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and simmer the garlic and onions in it until slightly browned. Add lemon juice to the pot.
- Pour in broth, Italian seasonings, parmesan cheese and agave syrup.
- Add cashew cream and mix everything together.
- Break lasagna sheets into 1-2” pieces and add them to the soup. Add shredded chicken. Add salt and pepper for taste.
- Once the noodles are cooked through, the soup is done.
- Top with shredded basil.
When preparing the Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base, you’ll use 1 teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon to prepare 8 oz of stock. It’s that easy! Better Than Bouillon effortlessly adds that “cooked all day” flavor to your favorite dish, no matter what it is!
Preparing the cream base for this recipe seems tricky, but it really isn’t! Just don’t forget to soak the cashews overnight and then drain and blend them with a cup of the Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable Base and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and you’ll instantly have a smooth and creamy white sauce for your lasagna soup!
