Miles, cocoa & winter running 🤎🏃‍♀️ Th Miles, cocoa & winter running 🤎🏃‍♀️ The Hot Chocolate 15K in St. Louis ended up being one of those races that just felt really good. A downtown course, crisp winter temps, a fun new route (running past Busch Stadium!), and a short but solid training block all came together in the best way. I felt strong, steady, and grateful to be out there—especially after taking some time to rest and reset between training cycles.
