The weather has been SO warm this winter in St. Louis that I’ve been trying to come up with some ‘lighter’ winter outfits that I won’t sweat in. I haven’t even thought about sweaters or piling on tons of layers yet. Todays outfit revolves around this beautiful plaid shirt c/o Wholesalebuying.com. I ordered this shirt a size up (medium) and it fits perfectly!
Before I was sent this shirt, I only had a red buffalo plaid shirt and I knew I wanted some plaid shirts in other colors. I decided to pair my mustard corduroy skirt with the yellow in this plaid shirt and I LOVE how it turned out. I am wearing my brown wedge boots and a bit of fringe (the purse and necklace). I was really pleased how this outfit turned out and it is perfect for this toasty winter that we are having!

I wore this light outfit on Christmas Eve for a dinner out and the candlelight service at church. I thought the glitter on the elbow patches was perfect for Christmas Eve and I added some red jewelry and a red lippy to make it a little more festive.
