The Creative Corner Link Up Party & Weekly Recap – 03/06/16

Today’s Feature is Wooden Spring Moss Monogram Letter by Amanda at Cultivate Create.

Welcome back to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! Thank you for stopping by every week!

Time for some weekly recap photos:

We have had a really busy weekend and these are just photos from Friday and Saturday! I am also excited to share a day in my life this Friday on the blog (it was from last Wednesday)… I have been wanting to do one of these posts for awhile and I finally did it! So, stay tuned on Friday to see a day in my life through photos!

When the kids got out of school on Friday, we headed to Brian’s work for an open house party. I had seen Brian’s old work building, but not his new building. It was pretty darn cool, especially when I worked in corporate cube-ville for almost 10 years! They had work rooms that were open and about 9 people worked in each room. There were dry erase boards set up with some pretty neat dry erase artwork on them (wish I had snapped a few photos of those). They had a DJ with a candy bar, ice cream bar, popcorn chicken, toasted ravioli, pretzel bites, etc. Autumn even found a scooter laying around and got to ride it around the building… apparently some of the workers have them. There was a nerf gun war going on in one hallway. In the second picture you’ll see the kids in the game room. I asked Brian how they ever got any work done, lol!

Then, after all of the excitement at Brian’s work party… the kids had their Spring musical for school the same night! It was really cute, but we were all really tired once we got home!

Then, on Saturday morning we had Nathan’s spelling bee! This was his first time doing the spelling bee and it was a good experience for him. One of his classmates got second place!

Check out what my fellow bloggers have been up to and don’t forget to check out my feature for this week as well.

• Limit three links per week and remember to link directly to your post, not your blog.
• Do not link stores, giveaways, or other link parties.
• Be sure to hop around some of the other posts that have been linked up to share the love and get motivated by what others have been up to.

Each week, your hosts will choose a post to feature from the previous week. If you want a chance at being featured, you must follow all of the hosts in someway. By linking up, you agree to let each host share your photo and link back to your site, as well as receive a weekly e-mail letting you know when the party is live. We will never give your e-mail or info to anyone, nor will we spam you! The Creative Corner link party goes live Sunday 6pm PST and ends Thursday at 5pm PST. I’d love for you to grab The Creative Corner button in my sidebar to put on your own blog if you want to help spread the love!

Wooden Spring Moss Monogram Letter

Amanda at Cultivate Create shared her Wooden Spring Moss Monogram Letter at our last party. She found this wooden letter at Michaels and filled it with moss and pink flowers. Such a simple, inexpensive and easy craft. Plus, who doesn’t love another monogram in their house?

Now hop over to all the other cohost’s blogs and see what caught their eye this week. You just might be featured there too! Don’t forget to grab this button if you’ve been featured.
