Now for today's Holiday Craftacular blogger, Carrie!

Hi! I am Carrie over at Curly Crafty Mom and I am a DIY/crafting blogger with a little bit of fashion mixed in. I am a christian, wife to my first kiss and a mother to a six and nine year old! I believe life is about not being afraid to fulfill your dreams... and, I really do believe that dreams can come to true if you believe they will! I am a seven time half marathon finisher and a marathon wanna-be, I believe in true love, enjoy pinot noir and cherry limeades, romantic dates with my husband, one on one time with my kids, reading, travel, anything Paris, Disney, and fun and carefree days with my family. Blogging is a creative outlet for me and is where I share my creativity and love for fashion. I hope you will stop by and introduce yourself!

I would like to show you my pick from last month's Fall Holiday Craftacular link up party!
Untitled
My favorite is the DIY No-Sew Pumpkin Pillow by Samantha at Little Bits of Home. Such a cute pillow made with polka dotted burlap and fun fall fabrics! I really need one or two of these for my fall porch!

Now, it's time for my Halloween Home Tour!

HalloweenHomeTour_650
Last month, I shared my fall porch and this month I am not only showing you how I've played my porch up a little more for Halloween... but, I'm sharing my Halloween Fairy Garden AND how I've decorated the inside of my home for Halloween!

Fall-Porch3
I have a favorite nursery that I always get my mums from and they never disappoint. Displaying lots and lots of mums on my porch is my favorite way to decorate. I also have a bit of a Jack-o'-Lantern theme going on this year, which is lots of fun!

Fall-Porch4 Fall-Porch2

This chicken wire wagon is always so fun to pull out in the fall. I have the jack-o'-lantern planter out in early fall, but I turn it the other way so that the face doesn't show and it just looks like a regular pumpkin planter. That is why the mums haven't opened up on the front of it, because I had it facing the other way (away from the sun). They should open up pretty soon, though!

Bucket2
I got this galvanized bucket last spring and this is the first time I've decorated it for the fall. Oh my goodness, it is my favorite piece on the porch! I love how the other yellow mums on the porch reflect off of the galvanized metal, too. So pretty! And, the white pumpkin has made its little spot and is all nestled in-between the mums!

PumpkinPorch2
One last photo of the front of the porch, and next up is the bird bath Halloween fairy garden!

FairyGarden4
Last fall, Autumn had a daisy scout field trip at a local nursery and they had all of these Halloween fairy garden pieces. I did a little shopping and now I decorate my fairy garden for Halloween, too!

FairyGarden3
This ghost is my favorite fall piece!

FairyGarden1 FairyGarden2
I was in love with anything candy corn last fall and I had to buy these candy corn stakes! I put the RIP tombstone next to the fairy garden outhouse. ;)

Living-Room
Now, let's head inside! First up is the living room... I normally don't decorate this room too much for the holidays. The exception is Christmas, when we have the Christmas tree in this room by the front window.

Candle&Plaque1
This year I decorated the coffee table with some fall candles (I always have a Bath & Body Works candle on this table), a little wooden pumpkin with burlap and plaid fabric on it and these little orange burlap pumpkins with wooden stumps. I like to find decor that fits in with the 'bones' or what I already have in the room.

Living-Room_End-Table1
The coffee table in this room has a 'Paris' theme to it, because I have the lock that Brian and I locked together in Paris on this table. I always have a small bowl of Halloween candy on this table. It had Nestle candy in it for this photo, but I've also had candy corn (the autumn mix), M&M pumpkin spice latte (SO good!!!) and currently there are Reese Peanut Butter Pumpkins in it. Why I am sharing so much detail about the candy I keep in this dish, I don't know. :) You'll also see some more of those mini burlap pumpkins on this table.

CandyCornWreath
On the garage door, I have the candy corn wreath that I made last year.

Table1
Next up is the kitchen table! We don't have a dining room in our ranch home, but it is on my wish list for our next home. I usually decorate our kitchen table, but it has to be something practical, because this is where we eat every meal at each day.

Table3
The table mats are new and from Homegoods, I fell in love with them, because of the grain sack border and it has the wording 'Autumn' on them, which is my daughters name. You can't really see it in this photo, but I have 3 table mats layered over each other. I have a square wooden mat, a thin round mat and then this grain sack mat. I love to layer table mats, so they don't look so flat on the table. Plus, I think table mats are hard to buy for round tables and this seems to add more dimension to the table.

Table2
I purchased the faux wooden candle holders and pinecone from Hobby Lobby's Christmas aisle. I fell in love with them the first time I walked down the aisle and landed up buying them several weeks later. I got the footed tree slice stand that they are on recently from Homegoods. I also purchased faux candles at Hobby Lobby, which I really prefer on a busy table... they even flicker like real candles and feel like wax. It is fun to turn them on while we are eating. :)

BuffetRack1
I have a buffet rack that is in-between the kitchen and family room. I always decorate it for every holiday and this is where I get the most creative in the house.

Lantern4 BuffetRack2

Here is a couple of close ups of the decor on the buffet rack. The Frog Farts jar is in a lantern that I found at Here Today and as you'll see I have some more candy corn decor~ a candy corn bottle brush and a little burlap candy corn. The boo hanger on the right is a count down to Halloween that my son loves and adjusts everyday.

Family-Room
Here is a view of the family room, you'll see little Rose hanging out on top of the couch. She can sleep there all day!

CoffeeTable1
There isn't a lot of Halloween decor in this room, but I do always decorate this mirror tray on our coffee table for every season. I went with a neutral pumpkin theme and you can see the post for this DIY from last year HERE.

HalloweenTree1
And, the last item I want to share is our Halloween tree! I got this tree from Pottery Barn on clearance YEARS ago and we make new ornaments for it every year.

HalloweenTree3 HalloweenTree2
And, here are two ornaments that were new to the tree last year. I haven't decided on what ornaments to make this year for it.

Well, that wraps up the Halloween Home Tour. Thanks for following along. Tomorrow, Becky, from The Dempster Logbook will be  sharing her Halloween post.

Now, it's time for you to link up your Halloween projects, home tours or crafts! And, don't forget... we'll share our linky party favorites at our next Holiday Craftacular blog hop and on our Holiday Craftacular Pinterest Board!
