Welcome back to our DIY/Craft Link Up Party! Thank you for stopping by every week, I appreciate it! I can’t wait to see all of the new fall crafts, decor and recipes for this week!

Untitled Untitled
This weekend started off with a day off of school for the kids on Friday. However, Autumn fell down with a low fever and sore throat on Friday evening. I had a picnic planned for all of us, but we had it on the floor in the living room instead. Oh well! The kids still had a blast and at least she was well enough to eat. Then on Saturday Nathan had his second cross country meet at my old high school (and where he’ll go someday!)… poor Autumn had to stay home sick and missed it. She was bummed.

After cross country, Nathan and I ran over to Homegoods, so I could pick up a lamp I had seen the day before. I am SO glad I purchased it, it went directly onto a mirror tray on my bar cart and looks AWESOME. I still need to get a few more pieces for my bar cart and then it’ll be done. I can’t WAIT to share it with y’all. Its a WINE bar cart, btw. 🙂 Then, I spent the rest of the day working with Autumn on her shoe box habitat for an animal she selected (polar bear) for school. We had a lot of fun and I think it looks great… plus, it isn’t due until Oct. 16! I love knocking projects out early! We still have a written report to do, but the craft projects always take the longest and this is the earliest we’ve ever had a project done. So, we made the most of her being a little sick and she is feeling a lot better.

Here is this weeks Meal Plan:
