Disney Recap – Magic Kingdom

August 24, 2017 6 Comments

Today I’m sharing my last Disney recap, the Magic Kingdom! This is always my favorite day at Disney and I never feel like we can do everything we’d like to do at the Magic Kingdom. But, we always have fun trying!

Check out all of my Disney posts and my Disney Pin Board HERE.

NatAut
There are always a lot of Memory Maker photographers by the castle. I love this photo of Nathan and Autumn, because Nathan is the beast and Autumn is Belle!

Nathan did the Pirate’s League first thing in the morning. Sadly… I don’t think he wants to do it again our next Disney trip, he’s getting too big for this! (Insert big ugly cry.) Ugh, he’s growing up.

After the Pirate’s League, Nathan participated in Captain Jack’s Sparrow Pirate Tutorial. This was new to him!

Nathan wanted to wash off the face paint pretty early in the day. So, I got one last photo of him by the Beast’s Castle.

Autumn just LOVES It’s a Small World, so of course we went on it just a million times. I loved it, too when I was her age (and I still love it!). 🙂

Untitled
Autumn is getting braver! She used to hate, hate, hate rollercoasters. And, I know this isn’t a big one, but she really wanted to go on it! She really enjoyed it, too!

Minetrain
As you can see from this photo… I didn’t enjoy it nearly as much as she did. LOL.

For lunch we ate at Be Our Guest. We’ve eaten here for lunch and dinner. It is nice to eat here for lunch, because it counts as a Quick Service (not a Table Service) and is one of the better options in the park.

I got a French Dip and a Chocolate Cream Puff for dessert.

After lunch, we headed over to the Bippity Boppity Boo Boutique for Autumn to get a princess makeover!

Fairy dust!

All done!

Since we purchased the Memory Maker, we went next door and she had some professional photos taken. I just love these of her!

My little doll. 🙂

AutbyCastle
Of course, after she got her hair done it was POURING… just POURING. And, all I wanted was a photo of her by the castle. Thankfully, it stopped for a little bit and we got one in. I guess I should have gotten the princess some fancier shoes, eh?

Untitled
We ALWAYS stop in the Main Street Confectionery to buy some treats. Look at this enormous rice krispy treat!

Untitled
The Dumbo ride is a tradition for us, too!

Starbucks2
Of course, before leaving the park I had to get a Starbucks and the kids got a cake pop. I wanted ONE last Memory Maker photo and this is what we did!! I love this Starbucks photo of Aut and I! Just love it!! And, Autumn looks so sassy here! Ha!

Starbucks1
This one is cute, too!

After we left the Magic Kingdom, we strolled around the Polynesian Resort one last time. Sniff, sniff.

Untitled
The kids wanted to go on the beach, so we did that for a bit.

Untitled
And, we wrote all of our names in the sand.

Untitled
I love this photo! Of course, the kids jumped in it after I took this photo.

And, just like that… our Disney vacation was over! See you again in 2019!
