Cozy & Rustic Boxwood Wreath {12 Months of Wreaths} + Recap of ALL 12 Months!

December 18, 2017 Leave a Comment

Welcome back to 12 Months of Wreaths!

Hi everyone! Welcome back to our LAST month of 12 Months of Wreaths! Today I’m sharing a Cozy & Rustic Boxwood Wreath tutorial. This wreath turned out different than what I had originally envisioned. I ordered the 6′ boxwood garland from off of Amazon and it wasn’t nearly enough to cover the grapevine wreath that I had. So, I decided to layer ribbon around it and I was really, really pleased with the results! Keep on reading to see how I did this and I’m also recapping ALL 12 Wreaths I did this year! I seriously think it’ll be awhile before I make another wreath. 😉

How to Make a Cozy & Rustic Boxwood Wreath

You’ll need:

  • Grapevine Wreath
  • Boxwood Garland
  • Wire Edged Ribbon

Wrap your wreath with your ribbon. Make sure you use ribbon that has wire edges.

Pull off all of the ‘buds’ from your boxwood garland.

Tuck the boxwood pieces into the grapevine wreath. You won’t need to glue them, they’ll stay put on their own.

Add a bow! I decided to give this bow really long tails.
