How to Make a Holiday Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Sundae Cake:
There is a Family Dollar right by my kids school, which makes it SO convenient if I need to pick up soda for a party or any other little items. It’s nice to be able to swing in, get what you need and get back out in just MINUTES. Family Dollar will always be my go-to destination for quality products at a great value! Family Dollar had the adorable Coca-Cola 2L bottles with the Limited Edition Holiday Packaging, which is perfect for display at your holiday parties! They also have the holiday packaging in 6 pack glass bottles and aluminum bottles, too!
Now let’s get started on the recipe:
Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Poor flour and sugar into a bowl.
Add cocoa and the baking powder to the bowl.
Add oil and vanilla to the bowl.
The recipe also says to add the nuts here, but I usually omit these! Stir until smooth. Pour into the crock pot.
Now, get another bowl, because we are going to start on the hot fudge! Add brown sugar and cocoa powder to the bowl.
Pour in water and mix. Pour into the crock pot. Cover and cook on high heat setting 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
My family finds comfort in serving this holiday dish up on adorable and festive plates and sitting around the tree while we open our stockings. It is also so good with a glass of cold Coca-Cola!
I feel that beyond perfecting the gifts, decorations, or meals that the holiday season is about creating real moments of connection!
With its refreshing taste, unique and nostalgic packaging and uplifting spirit, Coca-Cola turns ordinary moments into special moments that you can truly cherish! Coca-Cola helps you Share More Joy this holiday season.
