I received compensation from Bayer Consumer Health, makers of MiraLAX® to write this post. MiraLAX® is a laxative used to treat occasional constipation. All opinions are entirely my own. #ReliefMadeEasy #CollectiveBias
I occasionally have trouble with constipation and want to stay on top of it, especially with vacation season coming up. It’s so easy to get off track with what you normally eat (and all the overindulging!) during this time of year. Today I’m sharing a recipe for an Easy Tummy Soothing Smoothie with all the goodies your body may need that it may be missing out on to help with the occasional constipation. This smoothie is stocked full of berries, a banana, fresh greens and even coconut water! Add in MiraLAX® to this smoothie and it will work with your body’s natural process to provide effective relief from occasional constipation. Because it works with the body, MiraLAX® provides a gentle experience, and doesn’t cause harsh side effects.
How to Make an Easy Tummy Soothing Smoothie
I love to fuel my body with what it needs and this Easy Tummy Soothing Smoothie does wonders for giving my body the relief it needs when I have been eating new foods or over indulging. It’s great that I can mix in my favorite form of MiraLAX® into it, whether a single dose from a bottle or a single packet from the MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax. Please use MiraLAX® as directed.
MiraLAX® works with your body’s natural process to provide effective relief from occasional constipation. Because it works with the body, MiraLAX® provides a gentle experience, and doesn’t cause harsh side effects. MiraLAX® is different from stimulant laxatives. Stimulant laxative pills make your body go by forcefully stimulating the nerves in your colon. MiraLAX® works with the water in your body to hydrate, soften, and ease, unblocking your system naturally.
Combined an assortment of fresh fruit, spinach greens and coconut water, this drink is such a natural sweet treat and helps my body feel its best!
I picked up a bottle of MiraLAX® and a MiraLAX® Mix-In Pax at my local Walgreens.
