Ingredients:
1 Can S&W Kidney Beans, Rinsed
1 Can of Quartered Artichoke Hearts, Drained
1 Crate of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
1/2 Cup Pitted Black Olives
1/2 of a Diced Red Onion
1/3 Cup of a Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing

Mix all of the ingredients together, leaving the vinaigrette dressing for last.

Before serving, stir in the vinaigrette dressing.

Serve on individual plates. This salad stays fresh for several days when sealed in a container in the refrigerator.
